Great food, darn good service,clean,courteous.

I have been going to this location for at least 15 years. I go in recently and ordered my food to go. I ordered the exact same as always do. Only this time, they didn't even come close to giving the amount of meat they usually do. It was obvious that it was done purposely. In my opinion because of the trying times we are in. Covid-19 that is. Im sure that it has effected their business. However, shorting me was not the thing to do. 15 plus years of business done the tubes. The owner was in the kitchen that day. Bad move. Wrong one to mistreat.

Food is good, salsa is actually spicy! Thank goodness! Enchilada was not pretty and I did get the plain one.. buy it had a ton of meat and good flavor. The margarita came with a shaker with more margarita... Which is awesome! Outdoor patio was great... Although a bit loud do to traffic. Bushes or something could help. Service was excellent and there was lots of parking 👍🏽!

Not happy about the hair in my food. The waiter said it wasn't but I don't think I'll come back here ever again.

This place is absolutely horrible. They don't appreciate repeat customers to the fullest extent. I was at this location last week, my husband and I come in all the time to just have a margarita with salsa and chips. So when we were there last week, our server Hector, Jose or Bob takes our empty chips and salsa off our table without having any customer service skills to ask if we would like more and instead gives us our check without asking for it basically telling us we're finished. I will not be back to this location nor will I EVER recommend this location to anyone. And to the owner of this location, this is not how you do business. Good luck 👍

Love, love, love this place...the food, service, cocktails, everything is spot on! I see they have pick-up...I will be ordering for my friend's 60th bday May 1st...damn this pandemic.

When I was visiting Spokane, I was asking my friend where the best and reasonable priced Mexican restaurant.Promptly greeted. Immediately served lovely chips and the wait staff was more than happy to accommodate my friend's more sensitive palate even when it was complimentary salsa with the chips.Was uncertain as to how hot the special was so was given a taste.Rich and tangy with a subtle heat. More than enough for this Canuck. Chicken was tender. More than enough to take some home for a very delicious breakfast.Very nice experience.

They are so friendly and have great food. I sent in with my husband, kiddos, and grandma. They made it feel like a home for a family. One waiter played with my kiddo and made him laugh Millie times and was just so so nice! And everyone was welcoming, friendly, and made such a great atmosphere. And to top it off the food was amazing. I will for sure be coming back 😆

The staff here is great!! The host and our server were so on top of it. I'm kind of picky about my Mexican food, this wasn't my favorite place, but the food was still good with large portions.

This is a great restaurant for authentic Mexican food in Spokane. Staff is very friendly and service is great. The food is delicious and the fajita dishes come out sizzling hot. The camarones a la crema (shrimp in a buttery white sauce) was excellent. The chips and salsa are very good as which is a good indicator that everything else is delicious as well.

I really like their cheese and onion enchiladas! They also have several fish and seafoods dishes that I enjoy as well. The Margaritas are awesome!!

Some of the best people and the food is amazing. I once saw them have a beer ready for one of their regulars and gave it to him as soon as he walked in. The staff is always extremely friendly and very accommodating. Couldn't ask for better service. Seriously. Don't pass this place up.

The best margaritas ever. Best service ever. Staff are like family. My favorite restaurant in spokane. They have their own margarita recipe with real lemons.....

Overall a 5 of 5 for me personally. From the central valley of California to Spokane, I rate this place a definite top 5. Here's why, its the beans. They did it right. I've only had one ther place get it right, but thier rice was to dry. So this is my #1 spot in Spokane for a good authentic touch.

We ended up getting food to go. The guy that helped us out was not only extremely friendly but very helpful as well. We took home Arroyos con Pollo and it was fantastic. As good as it was when we got it home I can only imagine hire much better it would have been if we dined in. Will definitely be back.

Rancho Chico is our favorite place to eat in Spokane. The food is delicious and the staff are amazing & go out of their way to remember you. We are greeted like family & they even remember our usual drink order! This is our go to spot for birthdays, anniversaries, and any time we want to have a great meal! Order the Original Margarita & you won't be disappointed!

Service has been lightning fast every time. The food is great with portions teetering on the line of just enough to be quite full or needing a box when you leave depending on how hungry you were when you came in. The margaritas are huge and delicious 😋

Traditional dishes and discreet stylized ambience. Their main competitor is the Tecate Grill a few blocks down, and for such a short distance, it's two different worlds. You want relaxed, traditional, warm family-oriented service, Chico is your best bet. The general manager is also on the floor pretty often, so it becomes like family pretty quick if you frequent the place. I love Rancho Chico. You should too.

Visiting from out of town, stopped in around 2p.m. The food was very good and our server was exceptional. The only thing I had trouble with is the fact they use peanut butter in the enchilada sauce and that's used on a lot of foods. I know that's very traditional but the online menu I saw didn't mention it. Overall it was still delicious just limited. Service was fantastic.

I always love this place! They're a family business and they always treat me with kindness and respect. I feel like a friend. The staff are easy to relate with and they're not" offended" to work, like staff at other restaurants can act. I'm always happy to come back. I've never had a bad experience here.

I grew up in Arizona 60 miles from the Mexican border, so I got used to real Mexican food down there. Recently I moved up here and have been disappointed by almost every Mexican restaurant I have been to up here. But Rancho Chico is by FAR the best!!! The salsa is amazing and actually has a little bit of spice in it and the picadillo is amazing! The best part is how incredibly friendly the staff is. Every time I come in I am greeted with a large smile, and sometimes even a handshake. Highly recommend!

Recently moved here from southern California, where Mexican cuisine is a major part of our lifestyle. I've been searching for an authentic Mexican restaurant to fill that void in life here in Spokane. Rancho Chico is exactly what I've been looking for. Not only do they serve grade A authentic Mexican food, but also have that authentic welcoming mexican environment. I'd recommend Rancho Chico to anyone looking for "real" mexican food. Simply put: Craving urge satisfied.

Casual dining, quick service by Carlos. I ordered street tacos with beans and rice for lunch. No salsa bar. Moderately priced.

I got the #22 large combo steak burrito with refried beans and rice. It wasn't very good. It tasted bland, and I honestly feel I make better food at home. Plus, for almost $20, the portion was small. My GF got the chicken enchiladas combo plate and said it was seriously lacking on the amount of sauce, leaving her enchiladas dry. You're better off going to Gerardo's on Monroe, who has much tastier food and better prices. We won't be eating here again.

I usually have great experiences here. But this last time they missed the mark. I would normally highly recommend this place. We never got a refill on our chips and my enchiladas and mole sause had no flavor. Food came out really fast though. Just wish it had some flavor.

We always choose this restaurant and location for its great dishes and because it is close by! All of the meals we have ordered are exceptional. Even though we try to clean our plates, it is a difficult feat because the servings are very generous. My favourite are the Chile Rellenos and their sizzling Fajitas. They have great guacamole and an excellent selection of beers, both domestic and Mexican. Casual and comfortable.
